2025 open buddy tournament series

WHY FISH OUR OPENS?

• $75 flat entry fee includes lunker when you pre-register (Additional $10 if you register at the ramp)

• 80% payout up to 20 boats. We pay out 85% at 21 boats or more.

LOCATION

• October 18th, 2026: Beltzville Lake - Pine Run Launch (tentative, pending approvals)

• October 21st, 2026: Nockamixon Lake - Tohickon Launch (tentative, pending approvals)

RULES

1. All PA Fish& BoatCommission rules, State Park and PA Bass Federation rules apply. 

2. Artificial lures only. No live bait!Aerated livewells must be operational and used. 

3. A four (4) fish limit per boat, largemouth or smallmouth, 15" or greater. 

4. All anglers must wear life jackets when outboard motor is in operation and engine kill switch is attached. 

5. There will be a 0.50 lb, (8 oz.) penalty for each dead fish. FISH WEIGHED IN FOR LUNKER MUST BE ALIVE. 

6. There will be a 1 lb.per minute penalty for arriving late for weigh in.Competitors are disqualified after 15 minutes. 

7. Any team that brings ina short or illegal fish will lose the fish and be penalized 2Ibs. No courtesy measurements. 

8. Any changes or special announcements will be made at the ramp prior to take-off. 

9. All protests, with accurate information, must be reported to tournament director at time of weigh-in. 

10. Tournament Director's decision is final.
